The new face for Barg comes with two options: Big Chin and Smaller Chin. If you want the big chin, then simply deactivate MM BargCHN.esp after installing the mod. If you want the smaller chin, then delete MM Barg.esp and rename MM BargCHN into MM Barg.esp after installing the mod.
