Finally after all this time I figured out what was wrong with the AI starting resources and powers,it was a script called AI_Men of the West,something something in the __walrothra.big file of the Walroth mod 3,you need to open it in the BIG editor and delete the whole script,save it and the AI is no longer insanely overpowered! HA! in your face walroth
libraries\ai_men of the west\ai_men of the west.map
is the exact name of the "script\" you need to delete
