Anywhome, As I've gathered, the majority of the team is located in New Zealand correct? apart from me and some other dude, I can't remember his username so I'll call him Frank, so time zones are gonna be fun to deal with. For me at least, I'm 12 hours behind not so sure about Frank but I'm gonna guess its the same, so best bet to get a hold of me is via PM and vice versa.

To clarify, do we have any form of bookkeeping at the moment? either way, I'll set aside some time to look at them, also, what will my role be exactly? So. Many. Questions!?

Yea most of us are New Zealanders. Mostly because we knew each other outside of Moddb, before I made the group, and they decided to help out. (which was awesome thanks guys!)
Time zones sure are fun! (not) 'Frank' (matyi1199) is from Hungary so we are already getting a bit of that.

If we can it would be great to use the forums as much as possible, so we can all see what is going on. Feel free to set up your own thread for that.
PM's are the second best option.

Book keeping? You mean for development progress? If so nope. Not at this point in time. That is one of the (many) things we need to sort out

What would you like your role to be? Because anything you want to do is open!
If you could be a tester that would be great! Always need more of those! Other than that you are free to choose more roles

I just got back from replying to matyi1199, he is our only tester at the moment. He has given me lots of bugs to fix! He is awesome!
Just need to get him to post the bugs in a forum now so everyone can see them

Right, what I'll do when I'm free is I'll set up a small, basic dev process, I'll also do testing but for now I'll create a system where milestones can be set and broken down into smaller milestones before picked up by one of you lot and also to post bugs and what not.

Mainly, it will clearly show all outstanding work, who is working on what and whats broken because nobody thought to close the bug screen before leaving the back door open.

because I'm lazy and its useful for this international kinda deal, I'll use Google docs or somin'.

but yea, I'm going to opening another thread to discuss this matter further 'cause I need to know what you guys need to keep track of and what can be dropped with all the care of a single shrug.
