comunication Thread - Silverate DEVs

1- about the best way to comunicat I tried alot of ways with alot of teams and the best ways were actually

1- team speak

2- facebook groups

3- skype

so if we can use them they're much better than IRC or fourms

2- do we have animators ? I mean almost half of the teams I worked with actually died cus we didn't have an animator (games were almost done)

3- I know I'm new to this team but I didn't see any (timeline or hestory) to show the progress we should work using an orgnised way like (google docs) to keep up with what every one is doing, keep every thing in one place, and keeping tasks and ideas so we don't forget about them

4- there's a web site called trello we can make a group there to keep tasks orgnised and show what we have done, what's in progress, and what needs some one to work on. hope we give it a shot

5- I really really really wish that no one ignores there teammates help with what you can or say I can't help don't ignore cus that will lead to a f*** ton of troubles and at the end people will just leave (no one likes to be ignored)

I hope I didn't bother any one with those notes but I worked with alot of teams in short time they all died and never fineshed a game cus they had one or more of those troubles and I really wish this team can make it to end
