There is this engine piece I found that is sort of like the N64 Zelda games but it's not done yet. Thought I'd mention it anyway.

I personally would like to make something like Zelda with guided open worlds and puzzles mixed in with platforming, but I know most people don't enjoy that as much as I do these days. Either way we need to figure out what we are doing.

Because of the eligibility of ORK, I seem it the one ideal to start our level designing with. Not only does it have dialogue system, fighting mechanism, quest systems, keyboard mapping but has more than the all the required features for our game to possess at the beginning. Therefore I will insist that we work and come up with ORK. For me it is the best possible framework. All we need to do is add models and environments haha.
