The company was founded in 1999 in Oxford by Gregg Barnett. They only released two games, Pipe Dreams 3D and Ghost Master. The latter received critical acclaim due to the innovative game concept but failed to perform on a commercial level. As a result, the company was disbanded and terminated in 2004. Their game, Ghost Master, enjoys an active cult following and fan community to this day.
