Axis Is Back, Japan Heavily Colonized East Asia, And India Itself, While The Three Are At Top, Axis Is Back, And Invasions Are Going On...

The 2 Americas Responded Dreadfully To That By Unifying With The Rest Of Europe, And All The Allied Countries Across The Globe.

Now With The Russian Federation Is In Its Apogee (The USSR) The Soviets Were Never Wealthier, Stronger, And Numerous Compared To This. And A New Doctrine Was Confirmed, To Force Every Nation To Join A Side, Or Perish. Each Nation Joined By Either: Joining Normally, Getting Conquered, Bribed, Saved, Or Occupation.

So The Third World War Got Back With The Same Aspects From WW2.

Factions:

1. USSR

The Soviets Will Feature With Some Changes, But As Powerful As Ever. Soviet Players Won't Regret The Motherland.

2. Allies

Americas And Eastern Europe And Other Important Members That May Not Be In These Regions Formed The Allies. Same Aspects But Minor Changes. This Faction May Have Sub-factions That Will Be Chosen At The Start Of The Game.

3. AXIS

This Faction May Have Two Or Three Sub-factions That Will Be Chosen At The Start Of The Game. The Two Of Three Sub-faction Will Be:

_Nazi Germany, Yeah, You Better Run.
_Empire Of Japan, KAMIKAZE!!! (Note: Empire In RA3 Is Based On This.)
_Italy, Make Benito Proud

Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

The New Doctrine:
The "New" Union, Now Hasn't Got Any Leading Nation, Each Nation Recruited Is Automatically Considered As A State, And Not A Puppet By Russia. As The Union, Plays Role More As A Nation Than A Union.

The Rise To Power:
As The New Raging War Was Declared, A Doctrine Was Released Internationally, Which Consisted Of Joining A Side Or Be Destroyed, All Countries Responded To That, Some Were Invaded, Others Liberated, Even Freed, Converted, And Saved.

The Union Won, An Economic Boom, After The Capture And Liberation Of Lebanon, From It's Second Captivity From France . When The Soviets Entered Syria They Had Planned An Offensive To Liberate Lebanon From France. The Battle Ravaged Half Of Beirut, Paratroopers Filled The Sky. The Union Won At Last. Lebanon Was So Thankful And Adoring Towards The Union, That It Officially Became The Lebanese SSR. Then The USSR Gained Several Grounds, Supplies, And Hope. After That Gain, The Union Gained A Lot In The Middle East, In Africa, In Southern Europe.

After The Advance In The Middle East They Had All the Trust Of Turkey, Turkey Then Became Officially The Turkish SSR, As One Of The Most Numerous. Turkey Engaged The Nazis With Lots Of Losses From Southern Europe To The North Defending The Motherland At All Costs.
