Maps for World in Conflict. Work in progress. More Maps to be added in the future. Please tell us about any bugs or anything that you don't like. Thanks and have fun. All Credit goes to Stacker2 for creating the maps. Included maps 3/24/10 Omaha Beach - Reenact the D-Day invasion in World in Conflict! Make it realistic and set infantry only for bots or just go all out modern warfare your choice. Does well with bots just don't give either side artillery section. NATO = defenders. USA = attackers. If you want a accurate reenactment use infantry for USA. Tank Warfare - Desert tank warfare map. open fields with slanted slopes. 30000 reinforcement points. 16 players. Requirements: a powerful computer or you can put small amount of bots but then it wouldn't be as fun. Works great with bots, giving bots anything but armor is not recommended(because artillery and helicopters will completely dominate the field), but will work anyways. maps go in Documents/World in Conflict/Downloaded/Maps

cmon guys give us some feedback
Maybe something Dutch, as that area was no doubt embroiled in conflict.Definitely lots of bridges, FEW natural crossing points, starts on small strips of land,on opposing sides of the map, and a broken mainland or two in the center. Definitely at least some urban/suburban environment.Streets with choke points.I can offer my assistance if you want, I am relatively new to THIS modder/mapmaker, but I've worked on company of heroes maps and Fallout 3 mods, so I know the ropes.IIt's been a while since your last post, and if you're stumped, maybe you could use a new set of eyes.

Looks like a hectic map, are you going to put in any world objects? like buildings and such?
that map was made specifically for tank warfare so there will be no buildings. However omaha beach and trench warfare both have bunkers and houses. We also have another map called battle of the bulge which is a work in progress. We will take any requests people have for maps so long as they're not trivial or completely ridiculous

Uh yea sorry we haven't uploaded maps in a while we ran out of ideas and no one wanted to give us any ideas on new maps. We have one map that we haven't released to the public yet but will soon.

Well guys there are no mroe maps being uploaded because we need ideas. If you guys want more just give me some ideas lolz.
I have an idea for a map, what about the Bakara Market in Mogadishu from Blach Hawk Down. Dusty, narrow roads. Lots of small houses and low buildings, few open areas etc
well we would do that but there is the black hawk down mod. but we'll work on it for ya see how you guys like it.
i good idea is maze infantry only map with narrow paths (i wouldve done that myself but map maker program no work)
Here is a idea how about the USSR invades the UK you could make a few maps off of that... you could have the fall of London, you could also do the highlands of Scotland and others. For London you could have buildings nice streets and then USSR tanks, and Scotland you could have open plains, and a few small houses.

Every map so happens to have the big red void of nothingness beyond the border that makes me want to beat little children to death with a soldering iron. Texture the bloody thing!
So are the maps being made???
I hope so cause i hope they are making a Assault map with jail :d
The map maker(LOLWHATSUP)does not make maps here anymore...how sad...
