Troutbeck addon

You are a tourist who's visiting various cities in California, and you've coming across a city named Troutbeck. It is full of bandits. Clear it and bring back the town on the map!

Installation:

- Put troutbeck folder to MapsExtra in your main Call of Juarez Bound in Blood / COJ 2 / Data folder

- Replace the Data folder with original one, it has some audio cues that need to be present in the mission
