Can't have Dash without the Outrider. Luckily I was able to find a download for it.

A YT-2400 model.

Edit: Nevermind on the YT-2400, the model is in 3DS format, not ready for EaW. Should have checked first.

And for Voice files for Dash, there's Galactic Battlegrounds. That or ones from Shadows of the Empire.

I used the YT-2400.alo from Battlefront Commander mod in my private mod.
I also extracted Dash's voice from the Shadows of the Empire PC game.
