Updated, recipe moved to equipment Updated to make the Recipe more Balanced (10x Capacitor/fastener/transistor + Jury-Rigged-PSU) Just a small mod to make the Milspec PSU craftable for the more advanced PSU recipes. Recipe should be under "Equipment" in the crafting menu, advanced tools required.
