Revisit 'Raising the Bar: Redux' with a different interpretation of the Combine artstyle.

Main:
This addon modifies the Combine visuals by removing the cold blues and neon cyans and replaces them with rusty oranges/browns, aggressive shades of green and some instances of deep yellows.
The main idea behind this project is to offer a new colour palette for the Combine and present an alternative take on RTB:R's depiction of the Combine and their visual presentation.
Various Combine assets in RTB:R have been recoloured or desaturated. Some textures have retained their original colours due to being insignificant to change or deemed suitable to remain unedited.

I have created two new Combine propaganda posters for this addon. They are inside the 'Optional' folder.

Install / uninstall instructions are provided in the 'Readme' inside the mod folder. The steps are easy to follow.
