is it possible to add the dead body dots to the pda instead?
any dots that draws on PDA will draws on minimap, thats first, second they will draw in A-Life radius, so the whole map will be in white dots xD

After a minute or so, the white dots for corpses disappear from the minimap even though the corpses are still there. Is this intended?
Hm... no... They disappear by themselfs or npcs looted corpses?
It is pretty random though. Sometimes they disappear after the corpse is looted, but sometimes they just stay there even after both me and NPC has picked the corpse clean.
Anyway that was fixed in v2 so it is all good now
Would you be willing to also bring back neutral dots? Currently the PDA only shows squad leaders on the minimap but not their squad mates.

you can see the dots of friendly and neutral stalkers when u get the pda 3.1 or pda version 2

Fighting enemies in darkness or high grass/bushes is a nightmare without them.

Damn, it really sucks how they made it near impossible to recover such a basic in-game ui functionality that was present in every stalker game and almost all of the other mods.
Do you think you could try to at least recover the nearby stalker counter so there is a way to know when the firefight is over?
Can we get a version where the grey dots stay after looting? I often find myself running back to old bodies to pick something up that I missed, like ammo, food or meds. This mod helps a bit by marking them initially, but afterwards I lose track of the bodies again.
just delete "level.map_remove_object_spot(id, "deadbody_location", "")" in xr_motivator.script, lines 415 and 416 (it's duplicated because.... u know X-ray) xD, but without it dots will remove only when corpse disappear
Well, i think this feature must work only for PDA3.0.

Is it possible to make this dots not white, red\grren\blue or some? some objects like box, rocks looks same as dots.
You have to edit the file configs\ui\maps_spots_relations.xml
find the entry for deadbody_mini_spot and change the RGB to your favourite colour.

In your Anomaly main folder, open tools\db_unpacker.bat
The unpacker will create a folder called _unpacked, open _unpacked\configs\ui\maps_spots_relations.xml. You can edit it with Notepad. Save the edited file in gamedata\configs\ui (you can create the missing folders). It's working for me (I simply put r="0" g="0" b="168" to make the dots blue).

I'm a big fan of Stalker, and rediscovered the game after so many years. And I keep finding these gems, like Call of Chernobyl before and now, Anomaly and its add-ons. Yours, it helps with the playability, at least for me. So thanks again!
Good mod, that's what I needed. And how to restore the icons of living stalkers, yellow - neutral, red - enemy and green - friend. The mod is heavy, the snipers themselves run around the zone, often the shot was fired from nowhere, and new vegetation (thick bushes and trees) do not help to judge where the enemy is shooting from.
In the setup menus, go to 'Others' then turn 'Debug Map Spots'. Not perfect, often doesn't show individuals, but it levels the playing field a bit :)

if you want to do it yourself you need to unpack the original script using the unpacker tool, then use winmerge and copy these 3 paragraphs from this mod to the orignal script file:

I notice you said this isn't for RC builds, the RC is on 18, not sure how this relates to U5.
RC are the prototype builds of U5, they stands for "release candidate", the candidate that will be definitive will be named U5 and released also on ModDB
