The difference between these maps and the ones included in the main mod is that these include extra dynamic lights, quality of life tweaks and partial cooperative mode support, but are slightly less accurate to the originals.

I've noticed playing with this addon, it breaks the skyboxes like the MAP02 one, you see a line of mountains above another line of mountains whether the improved skyboxes are on or off. The animated fire background works fine.
Hello yeah, same as the guess, some skyboxes like map02 breaks with this. Dunno why it causes it.
