Quiet_Soundscape_Misery_1.0d addon

Quiet Soundcape is a simple mod which makes a few tweaks to the ambient sound atmosphere in Call of Misery. Essentially, it removes all ambient mutant sounds and other effects but keeps those of wind and weather. Also alters some wind sounds to be less loud and intrusive. The NPC option, removes NPC voices during combat.
