Small simple script that slightly changes how NPC wounded state works.
Now you can't kill stalker by shooting in limbs. Instead when enemy health depleted he goes into wounded state.
Additionally, shooting in the palm or fingers of the right hand will force enemy to drop his weapon. This feature is disabled for player's companions, so that they won't lose expensive gear at random.
"NPC Wounded Animation Fix" mod from "Tosox Mini Mods Repo" is highly recommended. Moddb.com
- Disable mods that increase chance of NPC go into wounded state. From my tests this kind of mods completely break wounded state for zombies and monolith: they just refuse to go into wounded state.
- Use Mod Organizer to install (recommended) or copy contents of the folder to “gamedata” directory inside your Anomaly install (not recommended)

- added option in mcm menu, that should hopefully allow to disable vanilla stalker behavior that allowed stalker to get up on their own after they were put in the wounded state. That means wounded stalkers ether stay down or bleed to death

Is it possible to make a tweak so that the NPC's can't just get up on their own after getting into the wounded state? Sometimes they can get up instantly.
not sure what you talking about. This is vanilla wounded behavior. I just trigger it before npc should die.
But make sure that you don't have mods installed that increase chance of NPC go into wounded state. I used to use one mod like that, and it worked for stalkers, but completely break wounded state for zombies and monolith
npcs can heal themselves while wounded and get back up which can be extremely annoying especially with something like this where youll end up with a lot more npcs being wounded instead of dead so hes asking if theres any way to disable their ability to do disable that.

well its all vanilla anomaly stuff at the moment. In vanilla they might bleed to death, or just lay wounded, or sometimes they regenerate minimal health and get up. I didn't change wounded behavior itself.
I think it might be possible tho. I need to see if I be able to add options to tweak this stuff
Наконец-то кто-то сделал такой мод! А то я замечал, что уязвимость ног и головы одинаковое и легче ваншотить их по ногам, чем в голову.
Но у меня установлен мод (не помню названия), который перемещает оружие NPC в его инвентарь при его смерти, интересно как будет работать с этим модом.
P.S. Наверное с этим модом количество СМСок типа: "У нас тут раненый, добьём?" и им подобные величится в разы:)))
Это как раз мод из Tosox Mini Mods Repo. Я тоже его использую и тестировал с ним в связке. Так что все должно быть нормально.
И да, так уж выходит, что раненых после перестрелок стало больше

Yeah. This addon only adds scripts and not shaders and is therefore available for all DX versions.

Not 100% sure about intimidation mod, but judging by the intimidation mod script, it should work fine
Is it possible to make the NPC not get up but slowly bleed and die?
I didn't change wounded behavior itself, so it's all vanilla stuff. And in vanilla they have bleeding effect. So some of them bleed to death very quickly, some faster. Some stalkers on contrary, regenerate minimal health and get up.
I think it's possible to force bleeding effect on all of them, but I didn't checked. I'll look into it. Might even be able to add couple MCM options to tweak this behavior

Да уж, я думал, что попадание по ногам пули калибра 12.7 вызовет неостанавливаемое кровотечение (не говоря о том, что ногу вообще может оторвать), но NPC ещё умудряются как-то после этого вставать. Спасибо за обновлние, теперь будет всё ж по реалистичней.

к сожалению, не думаю, что мод будет работать на версии 1.5.1.
Я пробовал один раз запустить мод на Anomaly 1.5.1, но он вылетел с ошибкой на отсутствующую функции "bone_name".
Насколько я понял - эта функция доступна только в версии 1.5.2.
Works as described, but wounded NPCs are still protected from death meaning you can shoot them in the foot as much as you want and it won't finish them off, which is annoying because they enter this fetal position where their arms block most of their body and so you have to aim for the upper body to finish them off.
(Also if you wound someone and they surrender, you can shoot their kneecaps and they'll fall down wounded again, which is funny >:))
ye, I couldn't decide on how better handle it. I guess I could make them invincible to limb shots only temporary, and accept damage as usual after few moments when enemy entered wounded state. Or probably somehow force stronger bleeding effect on them.
