I doubt it, since this patch only changes a few configs of the **** addon, which are not in vanilla, and obviously in other addons too

I don't care what are the reason for this mod existence, but if you play as Clear Sky, Spore will give you a quest to guide a scientist, when you arrive at the location the mission trigger activate and plays the (*only*) dialog of a male scientist shouting some words in Ukrainian. So, making this easy, even if is a female scientist the game will always play the same (*only*) dialog of a man shouting.

It's not even that, it's just no woman'd go in the Zone because REALLY bad things are going to happen to them because of their gender due to HIGHLY amoral populace that'd be very common among all groups of stalkers.
