There are 2 secrets, Easy and Inter.
Map has 1 custom gun and 1 custom character but they should work fine with your mod.

Why you shouldn't? Custom texture just add more nature to the map. Also making a map more squared helps cod4 to light the graphics a bit since deathrun needs to run more than 333 fps and it doesn't look so bad after all so.... Why not?
