I get what you mean. I'm not sure if that's an addon issue, better avoid outdated addons like anomaly scope revision. The 2D scopes are nothing but pictures drawn over the screen
You can easily edit the texture using paint.NET or GIMP, just be careful to not break the alignment, stretch the texture to your liking, but make sure its centered perfectly. One other way would be to edit scopes_16.xml but that's a bit more complicated.
The texture for vykhlop is wpn_crosshair_nspu.dds, you can find it in textures/wpn folder in unpacked db files

You should add "dynamic", "tactical", "EFT" and "modpack" to the title if you really want to catch that description-free crowd.
How do I install this..I use oblivion mod manager as NMM has to much features and vortex has problems with Windows XP and so does MO2.

Moddb can't fill the void your father left inside of you. You need to seek attention elsewhere.
It's hard to avoid braindead, unfunny, NPC cancer when you go through the addons looking for something good, you're met with just pages of utter cancer.
Lmao snowflake got triggered and is now throwing personal insults. I've got 4 other addons, 2 in community curated list and I'm an active member of anomaly tech support. So afaik this 'attention seeker' did more service to this community than the 9 years you spent commenting on mods.
I wrote a clear description of what this mod does, only ones who fall for this are idiots for skip description and cries on tech support channels. Are you one of those? your anger would suggest you did

You get triggered on a Meme addon man. You need to seek help, and be put in a home, for intensive care, because it seems your box is gone. Just a room, no internet, no phone, no TV, just intense medication, to get your head straight.

i haven't even installed the mod neither have i tried it because i can read a description. nevertheless i was quite amused by people not doing so. with no word i have defended this mod. i merely asked that you present your arguement in a civil manner. neither did i say you cannot critize mods when you don't make them yourself but you are not critizing, you are complaining about not being delivered only the most best parts of what you like.

-You can sort the add-ons list by popularity, it shows you the more serious and good add-ons first, then meme add-ons last. You should know that by now since you joined to this site a DECADE ago. Your passive aggressive behavior and personal insults shows how sad of a person you actually are.

Sorting by popularity is fine if you're checking the addons out for the first time, it's not great for checking the latest mods, and there are plenty of great mods that are new so haven't become popular yet, and there are plenty of great mods that just don't become popular.
