Original cotz :
interrogate surrender enemy will give a stash and a pda, with achievement will give two stash and a pda

interrogate surrender enemy will give no stash and a pda, with achievement will give no stah and two pda
the stash generated by interrogate often contain loot doesn't worth taking (some food or ammo only), with this you won't flood your zone with low quality stash
Selling pda to the trader also have a chance to generate a stash, the chance is determined by what type of pda you give, by default there's three type (common, uncommon, rare) randomly get when interrogate but the description is all same ,the generated stash is as bad as what you get directly through interrogate
This mod changed the stash trader gives you to quality equall to quest give stashes
In short words, you get less stash now, but the content will be better
Rag and Bone achievement actually makes their given Stashes better. If anything, this is probably less-rewarding than vanilla as with Silver and Lead, you could get two Stashes and one PDA w/ Stash, being three total.
Rag and Bone bonus apply to both simple stash and quest-give stash so it doesn't matter, also even with achievement simple stash usually contain consumables only, so if you aim for weapons & armor the quest stash is far more valuable, if you want food & ammo then more simple stash is better
Anyway this mod isn't to make profit, it's going to improve that even you do a raid to wipe out stash they still pop out like hydra's head if you always interrogate
And with the Rag and Bone changes Bastian made, then you could execute them and search their body for a 50% chance of getting an additional stash.
