I'm getting the same issue and I didn't need to overwrite any file when installing.
EDIT:
My guess is that the english ISG opreator names (or something like that could be causing this).
EDIT2:
I've copied one of the xml profiles there and renamed it to character_desc_isg_0.xml. This seem to have fixed the issue.
Can you send me your xml profile? I can't seem to extract it.
Dux and Women Of The Zone patches: one patch overwrites the other and vice versa, can't I use both simultaneously?

Doesn't get overwritten nor overwrites anything
Can you do a USEC voice package from Contract Wars as an optional mod?
Unfortunately I don't have any voice files from Contract Wars. But it's a great idea, I think as soon as I'm done with BEAR's voice files, I'll take care of them if I find them.

насколько был я удивлен когда в оригинальной аномали у забугорных служивых услышал русские голоса, данный мод лаконичен и уместен на все 100 процентов, вот бы еще модельки или форму натовскую )
игра вылетает, но mo2 не видит конфликтов с другими модами, в чем может быть проблема ?
Гениально, крашится мод как у тех парней выше. Походу тут кто-то нахимичил в файле xml.

У кого крашит- gameplay\profiles\character_desc_isg_0.xml - отстутствует этот файл, лечится путем копирование и переименования любого другого файла в этой папке ( gameplay\profiles\character_desc_isg_1.xml например )
The game crashes as soon as I launch it with the mod on. I didn't see any crash logs though.
really nice mod but can you update the Dux patch? I'm using Dux right now and i think the reason why my game crashed as soon as i launched it was because the patch is old and outdate
For anyone who gets a ctd:
Simply delete the script file. You don't need it anyway. I did it and just throwed the sounds into gamedata and i got the sounds anyway.
