This addon implements the player's frostbite system. The essence is quite simple: cold is death.
This whole algorithm was written from the very beginning for Fabio Conte and his "Project I.N.V.E.R.N.O." on DA, but a lot of time has passed - this script has changed and I decided to publish it separately, adapting it to the concept of autumn.
Cold and warm are interchangeable, so we must try to "tip the scales." Cold depends primarily on the time of day and weather (taking into account the strength of wind and precipitation), as well as on the terrain. Enclosed space can provide shelter from wind and rain (sometimes complete, sometimes not so much). Body warm depends primarily on the satiety and health of the player, and the degradation of this effect does not occur immediately - if you have 95% health and 75% satiety, then this effect works at 100%. It is also important to dress well: every armor and helmet has its own warm power, but it is worth remembering that some things break. There are also thermal artifacts that also warm the player: if the artifact is just in the inventory, even in a container, even without it, then this effect works only for a quarter, and completely on the belt, well, the condition also affects it. Campfires and thermal anomalies are also sources of warm, in addition, thermal / electrical / chemical damage can cause frostbite (in varying degrees of severity). And yes, the player warms up when he gets tired - more weightlifting, just running without stress on the body will not warm up well. There are boosters that keep the player warm.
At first it may seem that the cold is absolutely dangerous for the player, but this is not so: from frostbite, bleeding begins to fall... yeah. In addition, radiation poisoning causes an increase in body temperature, which also reduces the player's frostbite. And yes, yes, yes - frostbite makes it difficult to move around, and this affects not only the ability to run (starts with 60% frostbite), but also jumping strength... oh yes - as frostbite increases, you will have problems with aiming.

05.11.23: 22:41 (UTC+3): Changed the sleep algorithm - it works correctly now. At the same time its limitation has been removed - the player is completely free to sleep in any case.
