HM Monsters and CTU 2016 soundtrack for QuestZDoom addon

This is a modified version of the HM Monsters Only Edit1 mod by Leoyagami1. I modified it to function more properly with DrBeef's QuestZDoom engine. The soldiers were a little too fast, so I lowered their speeds to better work in VR. This also includes the CTU 2016 soundtrack from the famous Cacodemon Textures mod. I take credit for nothing other than stitching them together so they could work in VR. All of this is the work of other amazing modders who know much better than me about ANY of this. I pieced this together because I feel the 3D monsters pack currently available for QuestZDoom left much to be desired. Works best with bolognese mod and 3d Items and Objects turned on.
