This addon ports the dust 2 map from X-Ray Multiplayer Extension (xrMPE for short) to S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Anomaly. This port was done by me for fun. I got permission to use this map and to post it here. Dust 2 was originally ported by Rammaken to stalker for the xrMPE mod.
THIS MAP WILL NOT WORK FOR NEW LEVELS ADDON!!!
ANY MOD THAT CHANGES THE ALL.SPAWN FILE WILL NOT WORK!!!
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE THIS MAP IN DEBUG MODE FOR 101% IMMERSION.
THIS MAP WAS PORTED FOR FUN.
THIS CAN ALSO BE USED AS A TEST MAP.
IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SUN SHADOWS YOU CAN USE THE "r2_sun on/off" COMMAND IN THE CONSOLE, DON'T FORGET TO ENABLE IT AGAIN IF YOU'RE PLAYING NORMAL MAPS.
INSTALLATION :
1. Download this mod
2. Install it within MO2 at the highest priority
3. Load the map using debug mode by pressing F2 while on the main menu and once the debug map loads open the console and type "jump_to_level df_dust2"
4. You have entered the map.

AFTER DOWNLOADING THE FILE UNEXTRACT IT AND GO INSIDE YOUR MO2 "mods" FOLDER AND FIND THIS ADDON. ONCE YOU FIND THIS MOD TAKE THE UNEXTRACTED "gamedata" FOLDER AND PUT IT INSIDE THE MODS FOLDER AND IF IT ASKS TO REPLACE THE FILES ACCEPT IT.
FOR EFP USERS INSTALL THIS PATCH AND UNEXTRACT IT BUT DELETE THE SPAWNS FOLDER FROM IT AND PUT IT INSIDE MY MOD AND IF ASKED TO REPLACE THE FILES ACCEPT IT.
CHANGELOG:
29.2.2024: v1.0 Fixed a mismatch when you would get a crash for trying to load into the level due to broken AI map.
29.2.2024: v1.1 Fixed the incorrect shadow cascading. Also added a splash screen when loading into the map.

i wish it would be possible to have dust II instead of the rostok arena, unfortunately xray engine
I can attempt it but there's no way to make it fully work and generally isn't worth replacing a level.

hm..... would be nice to do a battle between duty and freedom on this map
Duty as the counter-terrorists and Freedom as the terrorists. I could attempt making smart terrains for them and add them to both A and B sites and then make them at the highest priority so that both duty and freedom go there and fight each other.

I did make another one but I decided to abandon it because the terrain sucks and the optimization too, so I decided to make a new terrain which i'm working on.
I was referencing a law of counter strike coined by some CS youtuber haha. But I gotta say, I respect this mod immensely regardless if it's buggy or not and even if it's not iMmErsIvE (which is not the point of this mod so why tf rate so low??), it still deserves an 11/10 imo.
