The Resistance base, also known as the D'Qar base or Resistance headquarters, was the base operated by the Resistance on the Outer Rim planet D'Qar, during their conflict with the First Order. After the destruction of the Hosnian system, the base was used to plan the assault on Starkiller Base, the First Order's planet-embedded superweapon. However, it was soon destroyed by First Order forces during the Evacuation of D'Qar.

This is amazing!
Switching weapons with Fennec crashes the game, but that cold be due to Award Weapons enabled.
I hope someday you will make maps with Seventh Sister, Second Sister and Lady Lumiya as heroes for the Empire.
Hi, I watched a play of your map on Achilles channel (www[dot]youtube[dot]com/watch?v=gXiySWXSCu4 --> D'Qar Resistance Base | Star Wars Battlefront II (2005)).
The map and the positions CPs and units looks misaligned. For example in the very beginning of the video the CP is in the middle of the landing platform but in the minimap it is to the side.
The issue probably comes from the Camera using perspective view to make the map screenshot instead of orthographic view. I tried to find the tutorial that explained how to properly do the minimap but unfortunately I couldn't find it (I saw it a looong time ago when I was curious how to do a custom Galactic Conquest). But I'm pretty sure that's the problem.
ZeroEditor Shortcuts:
[ - Toggles the camera to orthographic view
] - Toggles the camera to perspective view.
From: sites[dot]google[dot]com/site/swbf2modtoolsdocumentation/zeroeditor_guide (near the bottom are the undocumented shortcuts)
Orthographic view will keep the parallel lines parallel no matter the distance. Perspective - they will converge to a point. If that is not the issue (you've made the screenshot with orthographic view) then your position and/or scaling is off but you would have fixed it if that really was the case.
There is also a fix for floating weapons somewhere. The doubled weapons (one proper and on floating in the middle) is probably because you're loading the weapon textures twice. One of them is placed in the proper position but the other is placed in the middle. Calrissian97 explained it here:
swbfgamers - Floating issues never go away!:

P.S. Replace [dot] with a normal . for the links. Sorry for the inconvenience but sometimes my comments get shadowbanned (at least on YouTube) when I post links, especially lots of them. So I don't really want to take a risk.
Thanks for the link. I just didn't align it because I got lazy. Actually the better way to align your minimap is to use a mapbounds region so that no matter the mode and where the CPs are it'll stay the same.
Also who had a floating weapon? I thought I fixed all of those.
In the Achilles video (the first link I posted).
Floating weapon and a weapon in the proper place:
- Poe Dameron (02:00)
- Stormtrooper (06:40)
- General Hux (08:10)
Floating Thermal Detonator but missing in the proper slot:
- Resistance Soldier (0:45)
- Resistance Sniper (01:30)
- Wookie Warrior (05:10)
It's the same grenade model and only on the Resistance side. First Order seems fine in the video.
Potentially some icons might be missing but I don't know if it is a bug or you just didn't put any images. For example, General Hux's invulnerability. I just noticed it, so I don't know if there are other missing icons.
On another note: you can put some FO's AAL troop transport as props near FO's starting location. Maybe even put a CP between them. Or turn each transport into destructible CP and the FO starts there. It should sell the story that it is an assault like it was in the Tuanul village scene in the beginning of the TFA movie.
I have no plans to update the map, but if I do I'll consider it.
aw Tean, you should make those minor updates here. You have sort of the classic mistake that some make of a floating weapon & grenade on the HUD & Poe Dameron's weapon doesn't have sound. Teancum
those aside, this is a killer map!!
Nice map. Do you plan to make your sequel era be playable on all vanilla maps?
