TLDR : Install MCM, and then install this addon. Change the options in the MCM section for this addon.
Installation :
just unzip to gamedata
or
use mod organizer 2 like a real human

default setting is multiplied by new setting.
[original max(1)] * [additional max(10)] = {10}
That would be times the default max alife population.

I can't figure out what exactly this addon does - does it increase the number of squads spawned or number of NPC in a squad?
Does this need new game? Changed to 6 but there is no difference?
Un mod verdaderamente increible, maravilloso, la primera vez jugue usando 10 (el máximo) en almacenes militares, había una guerra entre más de 100 npc's de Deber contra libertad, mis fps en 9.
Empecé otra partida con el valor de población en 5 y 2 para mutantes, da gusto encontrar gente en cualquier sitio, alguna caida a 38 fps (tengo una gtx 1080). La Historia muy avanzada ahora se me crashea el juego porque al parecer el motor del juego tiene un limete de IDs me pone este mensaje:

Nadie sabia esto? no se puede solucionar de ninguna manera?
juego nuevo es necesario? tengo mutantes 6 y stalkers 5 pero no noto la diferiencia
