Hello. Can you tell me how to make Russian subtitles for this mod? You did the same thing in Chinese, as far as I understand. Or was I mistaken?
Go to ...\steamapps\sourcemods\RaisingTheBarRedux_div2\resource and look for captioncompiler.bat then edit it with any text editor. Make sure every directory is correct and change the closecaption_english.txt to russian.
Make a copy of closecaption_english.txt and change its name into closecaption_russian.txt
If that is set up correctly, that should be able to generate a .bat file from your closecaption_russian.txt once you double click the captioncompiler.bat
