Thank you so much. Many people have been trying to figure this out, myself included. I simply could not find where the files were moved to. So glad I can add my music into Anomaly now :)

Whenever i try to launch the game with my custom ogg files in a playlist folder the game crashes. What settings should i use for the ogg when converting mp3 And are they suppossed to just work after throwing them in to a new playlist?

make sure the .ogg files are 96kb bitrate and the playlist folder name is formatted correctly e.g "_playlist_03".

also it seems the first 2 playlists are hardcoded into the radio mod so you need to start from 3.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

for some reason the engine doesn't support cyrillic/ascii characters and some punctuation marks so please keep your filenames to simple english.

if you have a crash on startup/load check your log file. the unsupported character will be shown as a "?" symbol.

I'm left a little bit confused, I've made my .ogg music files to be 96kB bitrate. When they get played in the PDA, in the appropriate playlist, I see each name flash quickly and get skipped without any sound coming out.

Any insight and help would be appreciated :)

aye, so I've fixed all my previous issues with songs not playing and I can share my discoveries. For starters, this youtube video " Youtu.be " helped a bit in filling out some gaps of knowledge like having the songs need be in mono and not stereo. Another anomaly i've found that caused my songs not to play was the period character "." ******* **** up and not playing the songs that had them in the title.

Other than that, just cross reference what the OP said and what the youtube video has said and you should be fine, according to my experience so far.

í have a certain file that doesn't to want to work. i followed Youtube.com.

I could upload it to google drive and sent it if you want.

Its an ogg file. It doesn't have cyrillic or any unsupported charcaters in its name. I renamed it to Sahara.ogg. I have no clue why it just skips my song when i play it in the media player in the PDA.

Yeah, I remember using this mod for 1.5.2 before 2 years ago but now the addon won't be compatible or will simply lead to crash somehow
