Ports the Build 1844 map from old builds of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl to Anomaly. This port also includes the physics models that the original version map had, it also includes cloth physics and other physics props ported by me.
This addon should work for gamma and efp, if the instructions are correctly followed.
NOTE THAT THE MOD USES A MERGED ALL.SPAWN TO FIX COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER MODS. IT'S NOT RECOMMENDED TO PLAY ON YOUR MAIN SAVE WHILE THE MOD IS ACTIVE.
Installation:
1. The mod uses a BAIN installer, so it's pretty easy to install.
2. Install it at the highest priority.
3. You may get asked if you'd like to include some of the patches, if you use any of these mods/addons then tick the checkbox.
4. Launch the game in debug mode and in the main menu press F2 to load up the debug map.
5. Open up the console and type "jump_to_level tir3".
6. Done ;)
Changelog:
12.4.2024: Reduced mass and strength of physics props, added a splash screen and fixed a crash.
14.4.2024: Fixed a mistake with the .bat file trying to launch the game with a non existent .exe file. Added more .bat files, each of them having a specific renderer chosen to launch the map.
30.4.2024: The mod now uses all.spawn to fix compatibility issues with other mods.
CREDITS:
CrommCruac: for his AN4 tree pack (modified to use anomaly tree textures and fixed smooth groups) that I used in this level. You can find Absolute Nature 4 mod here.

oh shiet, sweet level! now i wish to see more maps from older builds
Thank you. I can port other maps whether it would be from other builds or from mods like Lost Alpha, but it would take me longer.
Playing Lost Alpha's maps on Anomaly would be something interesting to experience tbh
Thanks for porting this over mate!
Would love to see old builds garbage in Anomaly.
Lost Alpha's maps are the best part of Lost Alpha by far, they're also huge and mostly empty which makes them perfect for an open world, free roaming kind of game like Anomaly, if you port them over i'll stop playing with normal Anomaly maps, flat out.
I'd love to see old Yantar. I miss The bunker, Military base, and catacombs.
oh my god lost alpha maps in anomaly yes please
good luck, silver! just do as you can and wish
Thank you.
any chance you can make an option for this to replace the debug map?
Nope. The reason why is because there wouldn't be any dynamic objects and there would be issues with AI map. To avoid issues with new levels, storyline mods and gamma this map uses it's own level spawn file instead of all.spawn.
Content from old stalker rules! Sucks by classEc the most interesting content is always cutting out. The same time I played and OLR and Lost Alpha (didn't liked them both, the first one has hardcore as heck gameplay, but great atmosphere! and the other one is boring and weapon balance somewhere sucks too, as for me.), waiting for Back to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R., but I think we can get more old levels for anomaly earlier.
I'll think about it. Porting custom maps from Lost Alpha and other mods isn't easy, it requires skill, patience and sanity. Replacing existing maps in Anomaly is probably possible, due to some MLR stuff that I got recommended to use and is similar to how maps work in Anomaly.
Actually, mapping is really pain in the ***, especially creating the new level. Even making a small level for DooM (like I'm doing at free time) takes too much time, I'd better keep silent about stalker.
Mapping in stalker games is different. For Anomaly it's way harder to make fully functional maps due to how the all.spawn was changed, the levels have almost no source files and how the A-Life configs are different than in CoP. It's easier to make maps for the original games and probably for their mods, too. Anomaly is a different story, some call it Hell, Pain and Anguish.
Yeah, I know. And I can't believe how people can easily work with that!
Finally, a map to test ballistics in. Thank you.
Is it compatible with Old World Addon?
Haven't tried it myself, but if you follow the MO2 instructions it should work, if not send me a crash log.
More screenshots would be nice. Cool that more levels are being added but the install for this is far too complicated. The new levels mod doesn't require all that.
I didn't have any other options. Replacing the fake_start level (debug map) would mean that there won't be any physics props and weapons. Merging the spawns makes the installation less complicated, but it has it's own problems. This was the 'best' option I had and the installation isn't that complicated if you follow it.
The bat file gives an error: I can’t get to the test site, it’s a shame.
What error? You probably put the bat file inside the bin folder or "start in" and "binary" path isn't set up correctly from mo2.
