It replaces the generic medic NPC for the bandits' main base.

It's a good idea, but there are too many conflicts to use, the dialog sound files probably can be put separately, they conflict with Duty Expansion and Hip HD Model, and textures with thm files conflict with ****. And also the file st_characters.xml conflicts with LTTZ DC. But thanks for the addon! I will monitor it and install it as soon as at least the conflict with LTTZ DC is fixed
I do not have conflicts with the duty expansion mod. I am not a modder so I am unable to do any fixes. Feel free to do it yourself and upload it. Sadly, I am not technically savvy in this area.
