A simple addon that make items, ammo and loot more useful!
This is a addon focused on item change to feel more worth, i hate many things in anomaly and using it myself i felt a really great gameplay change, i have many work to do like update the artifact balance and add support for other mods.
What does this mod does?
1. Better loot(Update 2) - Now the item loot is more balanced all weapons and armors will have higher chance to drop on better condition but only for rookies! As soon your rank raise the weapon and armor condition quality will drop, characters will drop more ammo at least bad ammo, ammo in good conditions will be rarer to get and ap ammo in good codition will be even more rarer! Also you can now found more than 1 item like medkits, bolts, food and water but it doesnt mean that you will get, you also have chance of not getting these items! OBS: Because of the great old ammo quantity i decide to remove the very old ammo.
2. Assault Rifle ammo now have bigger stack(Update 2)- If you hate the overpriced 15 bullets stack for 5.45x39, 7.62x39 and for others automatic weapons, the stacks now will be of 30 bullets, the price of the new stack is the same of the old so you have now the best cost-benefit!
3. Reworked Artifacts(Discontinued) - Because of the many issues of developmennt i decided that i will no longer continue developing this, i recommend you guys look for xGrenadier mod its much better than mine version.
4. Better Drugs(update 2)- the normal medkit restore more health and bleeding, hercules isnt anymore a energetic drink and now are more like steroids giving the player 10kg of carryweight, Army stimpack boost stamina, now some medications dont make you dizzy and some others minors changes.
5. Repair Items Enhanced(update 1)- I reworked some repair items for field repairing be more diverse, now weapons have more repair options, some items got lower repair conditions and the expensive and heavy repair kit got more uses, i repriced the items accordingly it buffs.
Compatibility?
The mod has the patch for Groks Ballistics Overhaul, is compatible with BAS, is compatible with magazine mods and you can uninstall without corrupt your save game. The mod may have trouble with other artifacts addons, ammo addons, medical addons and the artificial difficulty remover, it is a really simple mod so i can make any patch if needed.
How install and uninstall?
Just drop the gamedata on anomaly folder to uninstall just delete the ltx death_generic, item_drugs, weapon_ammo, item_medical and item_artifact.

HELL YEAH.....
While a lot of artifacts are basically useless in base anomaly, making them have no downsides isn't any better. Without proper balance the game becomes too trivial. I mean even the original games had artifacts with downsides. Also making such common artifacts have rad reduction just makes this even more broken.
But I guess this is all up to preference.
I want update the artifact balance to look like the call of pripyat, my problem is just time and patience, thanks for your recommendation!
Does this work with EFP v4
Idk really, but you can check if EFP have death_generic or weapon_ammo ltx files, if dont have it is compatible
Liking the changes so far, but there's another thing I feel should be changed as well with the rifle ammo. Since they're double the amount per stack, it makes sense that they have double the weight as well :)
