The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. book series never really made it out of Eastern Europe, so not likely. I'd say you're not missing out on too much in terms of quality reading, aside from a few gems most of them are generic tropey action schlock.
I don't know if this book from this addon is good, but just this addon gives a small opportunity to read some lines, for its immersion in their universe
