You'll need the GOG version to play.
1. Install Quake III Arena
2. Leave 2 folders baseq3 & pb
3. Copy both baseq3 & pb folders to the Quake III HD folder
4. Copy to the baseq3 folder q3config.cfg and replace the existing file (Full HD is already set up, other advanced options are at player's discretion)
