- Download the LATEST VERSION of the v1.3 patch. Seriously, this mod WILL NOT work with ANY other version of the patch. If that version is not installed, the commands will not show up. Download the patch here: Mediafire.com The file is an auto-installer. Tell it to install where you installed Battlefront 2.
- Download your desired version of the mod.
- Inside the zip, you'll see three text files, user_script_11.lvl and a folder. Extract the folder and user_script_11.lvl to <where you installed battlefront II>\GameData\Data\_LVL_PC.
- Run the game, if you installed everything correctly, you should see two new buttons appear in the pause menu: "Free Camera" and "Fake Console". Press the fake console button, and you will see the buttons for the Skin Changer, as well as other fun commands to play around with. It should work for the stock sides.
Notes:
The default location for Battlefront 2 for windows is C:\Program Files\Lucasarts\Star Wars Battlefront II
The default location for Steam is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Battlefront II
OMG i couldnt figure out how it worked and finaly got it and was freaking out when a ewok fell from the sky and threw spears
i see all commands and fun things EXCEPT the skin changer. did i do something wrong? i took the file you specified and put it in my steam folder, along with the skin changer file
the mod must be in the game's _lvl_pc folder.

Ahm, you may have a virus on your PC. It's nothing wrong with the mod, just try googling the provider of the coupon website
I keep trying to put the skinchanger and other files into the gamedata file but it keeps saying please insert a writeable disk...

Same here. I didn't even see the folder. Only the download here has the user_script_11.lvl thing and the folder that I'm pretty sure it would be...and the download from the one place isn't even a zip, it only has the stuff it says I need from the download here. Help?

I'm troubled. You said to extract the Folder AND user_script_11.lvl, but what folder specifcally? And extract them how?
The folder called SkinChanger. Just extract them as you would any other zip.

I have the same problem I think, I get the fake console but there isnt a command for the skinchanger anywhere
face it man 9/10 the main point in your mod doesnt work you need to fix this.

YEAH, Me too, i dint get even the File, omg.....
