FUEL - Advanced Avatar & Vehicle Customization tutorial

F UEL features a suprisingly large amount of gear peices to customize your avatar, however there are a couple of extra ways to customize your avatar and vehicle:

NOTE: You will need to enable debug-mode via the mod manager before attempting the below.

Custom Hand Gear Pieces

When selecting the 'Bare-Chested' Chest option, you are given a selection of 5 tattoo's to pick, however there is an added layer of back-end customization that the consolius infected menu doesn't work with - and that is to specify the livery of the Gloves/Elbow Pads. Heres how you change it:

1. First activate the debug menu via the 'T' or 'LB' button
2. Scroll down ('W' or 'S' / 'D-pad') to the 'Select Pilot Chest Livery'
3. Scroll left or right ('A' or 'D' / 'D-pad') to select the color you wish, there is 15 options.
4. Thats it! You now have that gear item until you enter a menu where you would change that item (i.e. the Chest Livery menu). If you wish this to stay like this even after you quit, go to the Chest Type menu and reselect 'Bare-Chested' and make sure your game has saved... or do it manually via the main menu.

Custom Vehicle Color

Sometimes the 10 default color options just don't cut it. This is how you pick any possible color out of the 255:255:255 RGB color palette:

1. First activate the debug menu via the 'T' or 'LB' button
2. Scroll up ('W' or 'S' / 'D-pad') to the 'Set Vehicle Red Component'
3. Scroll left or right ('A' or 'D' / 'D-pad') to select the color value you wish. Do this for the Green and Blue component options as well. If your not sure about what color is what in RGB... check this color chart here.
4. Thats it! You now have a nice new color for your vehicle. It will remain this way till you switch to another vehicle, livery or color from the menu or quit.
