i didnt even watch the modcast yet
well i have to say at LEAST the last man standing mod works, i had some serious problems tring to get the kf mod working in the 1st version (downloading texture packs and garbage mods normaly come with) but i finnaly got it to work.... and it was a blast... however the 1 or 2 servers that actually let me join were lag'd badly and players left quicker then they joined... so i thought i'd check this new version out in hopes that A) they un-screw'd the bugs B) had a population in the servers that was more then 1 server with players in it... however i was wrong and it was C) none of the above - try your luck next time... so my money has to go with lms . . . by default the mod that works wins
Aye alot of the servers lag, and to join without taking forever you need to download a large map pack on the forums. I'm still debating on weather to spent my money on doom 3 for last man standing or stalker and the new stalker coming out.
But Killing Floor definitely is fun when you get in a good game :)

Well, I played Killing Floor! =O But not last man standing. Killing Floor kicks ***, though.
Havnt played either or watched the modcast
And is a weird fact because both mods are uniques and fun.
You don't need to have played either to enjoy the mod cast.

KF for the design/art direction, LMS for gameplay, both are boss

Well if I had the games I would give the mods a good crack.
KF rocks, and the modcast was great.
I didn't play LMS yet, but Killing Floor. And I really love it :)
I don't really like this poll because it makes it into a competition when I really support what KF does and we have a very similar mindset. I think mods should be more about helping each other than competition anyway, that's why I host KF on my site even though for any of you who don't know I am the project lead for LMS. Just my two cents. And again, everyone play Sandbox, its free and open source :D

Don't worry about the popularity contest. Sandbox, coop and open source is the way of the future.
It's more for the fun of it really. I know the user base is probably larger for UT2004 for so you'd be at a disadvantage. However, internet polls are useless in conveying data of any sort :P
yeah i agree with calimer. Despite the fact that i'm blatantly beating his *** down and it tickles my w00t-bone, i dont think this poll is in the best taste.
Perhaps have something along the lines of "Did you catch our first modcast ? Yes / No if so what did you think of it? etc etc.
Just my 2 cents. :P
BTW man, im gonna DL the new version of LMS and give 'er a go.
