We finally achieved 50%! And What's New and what Changed?
- Old Textures now completly removed.
- Downtown is almost complete.
- Going Back to the main part of vice city, various textures have been changed.
- Now it requires Open Limit Adjuster.
- Installation tutorial in 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish (soon it will have more).

that tutorial is so basic,explain a little more,i install all and i see the mod ,is cool ,but play 10 seconds and then "unhandled exception" appears
