v3.1.4 - 2015/10/06
Just a minor tidy up, removing a file that didn't need to exist and also removing a couple of places where I identified that Queller and vanila could conflict.
- Removed an unnecessary platoon templates file
- Fixed all instances where Queller's platoons shared a name with vanilla platoons
