Change of the team, last few years, direction and upcoming updates

We haven't used Moddb in years and many things changed since then. First of all, almost all members from the old team (Panzeroo, maverick87, Hadadad, marneman etc.) either moved on to modding HoI4 or quit modding for a while. So yea, like 7 years old news.
Only two people that stayed with HoI3 was DasGleiche and me (oumajgad). For a while we were the only ones keeping the mod updated. Over next few years though we have managed to gather a group of active modders that contributed greatly to the development of the mod like Dsafe, Dozed, Tanchowder, Herve75, Libik and bunch of testers and people throwing smaller but valuable contributions that helped reshaping the mod.

As You can see last update posted here was still v7. We're now on v11 and for years we used only PDX forums. I'm not gonna post now what has changed over the years. We're planning on writing like a guide/patch notes for the mod as a whole explaining what is what etc. What I'll focus on now is the fact that next post will be about 11.3.4 release and what is to come.

Next big release will be mainly focused on three things (at least now it is) - tweaking IC efficiency, unit training and its impact and map rework. The latter is probably the biggest change we ever did. Whole terrain map gets rework because at the moment it is simply inaccurate in many places. This includes new terrain types, textures and rework of terrain modifiers (base and for units/techs). But this update is still few months away.
