We aquired another weapon modeler, Spezz. Spezz's previous work can be found here: LNMB Forum. As of right now he is modeling the RPG-7, which is turning out nicely. I have seen sneak previews of it, but nothing I was aloud to release :). Spezz says he will release a render soon, so check the forums to keep updated.
