These past days there has been alot of work done on Source Racer. Stuffie has been doing some model editing and animating and i have been coding.
I recently contacted the author of Turtle Beach (A popular map in previous versions) and it turns out that he had lost the source for the map. We are hoping he can remake this classic map as it was very fun to play.
Some things you can expect in in version 3.0 are:
- Actual players inside the airboats
- Optional third person/first person camera views
- Updated HUD
- New maps
- Exciting optional background music
- Optimized netcode
and much more..
