Mods maps have been decided upon. They will be modeled in 3ds Max, and effects visualized with Lightwave 8. Maps will be put together, and imported, into valve hammer editor and have high-quality bump-mapping (on most) for walls, floors, etc.
Players will be able to make maps as well.
Screenshots will be posted soon, and website is expected to be up and running early this week. If not monday then tuesday.
