Hi everybody, here's one more big update with Perks system (obviously also used by NPC survivors), AI and gameplay improvements, new assets for editor map, english texts improvements and fixes.
Many big updates are coming later this year.

- Add: Full integration perks for NPC survivors
- Add: Perk - Warrior -> Doubles health points
- Add: Perk - Assassin -> Killing an enemy will not alert his group
- Add: Perk - Man of steel -> Prevents critical damage when attacked to the head
- Add: Perk - Thug -> Every melee attack has a chance to break the enemy's weapon
