Yes, some of Half life youtubers and modders will be put as easter-eggs (Modders are only easter-eggs not more than that)
EXPLANATION OF LEVEL !
This level is famous and i did put on desc of the mod as a easter egg.
According to the wiki, you can just walking on a random level and fall to Level ! (run for your life) and boom you are there
