If you don't want your buildings to fall apart, your settlement needs an Architect House. This local hero monitors the condition of your structures, not letting them crumble or burn down. However, the larger your settlement is the more architects it requires. After a long day at work architects and other workers can go relax at the Tavern, which we'll talk about later.
