After weeks of downtime, Strategy X Development Network is back.
What's Strategy X? It's a site that has a main purpose: provide free web hosting for Modification related websites and to create a community where mod authors can help each other by giving comments and suggestions to each other by using the Strategy X Network Forums as a medium for communication.

Always good to see an independent hoster, supporting the mod scene... lets just hope they survive for the sakes of the mods they are holding up
BW is expensive. This why is soo hard to get a good ftp this day to download mods. this why fileplanet exist. I have nothing vs banners, nothing bad about peole receiving a littel money, but I hate server withouth ftp:// or something similar. I really dont hate fileplanet similar servers, but where something horrible.
I would love for modDB to be able to exclusivly serve modifications for download, but this site does 180gigs a month solely off traffic passing through the webpage.
Imagine if that was combined with files? jebus :o
