Hello everyone, sorry for the lack of public activity for the past 10 days, but here we are, awarding your patience.
First i would like to say: Welcome to the team! To the new guys. We have:
Filler - Weapon Modelling
Sephiroth - Prop, Objects, items, and a couple Weapons
Doorgeslagen - Mapping
and i know its not a person, but lets say hello to Zings newfound skinning and normal mapping method. its simply breathtaking.
So lets give these people are warm welcome to the Edge-DM team. Sephiroth Joins us from the Goldeneye Source mod team. Doorgeslagen comes from our Forum, and Filler comes from ModDB here looking for something to do.
Next comes fourth the spoils of their labour. I must note that all of these models are now in the game. But we have yet to take any decent screenshots with them just yet. So here are the Maya renders instead.

There are plenty other models being completed on a very rapid rate. Content is swooshing in like a tsunami, from weapons, to props, to essential exclusive map decorations. We are definitly showing what were capable of here now.
We have also decided on a release structure that will work. What we are going to do, is complete everything as we can for the Alpha Release. So you wont be getting any half-baked mod for an Alpha. The Beta will fix a good majority of bugs found in the Alpha and possibly add a few more things of interest. And finally well release the FR (Final Release) which will be deemed as a finish project. So there will only be 3 releases. The good news is, that all 3 will always be available for download. So if people dont like such-n-such a feature or dont like a fix in the latest version, then they are free to revert back to any of the other releases. We know some people wish that Counter-Strike followed that idea.
Oh ya, and a funny development blooper for a closeing statement! This was actually the last test me and Zing did together.
