Please take the time to read the installation instructions. This mod runs differently than many you have used.
Source codes and all compilable materials will be included. You are welcome to improve/change/adapt it to fit your groups needs. I hope to have the downloads posted tomorrow (Dec. 20).
There is a server up here: 206.51.238.106:7777 where you can preview the mod in action. Final build will be added to it tonight, though the one you will see only misses a couple of very minor changes. For all intents and purposes, you will be playing the release.
