I know we haven't really kept you guys updated recently, sorry about that! But we shall try and remember to post some news when something big is going and man did something big happen...
Some of you may have noticed that the website has been hopelessly slow (it still is) and that for pretty much the entire day today the site has been down!
Well what happened was a crash of the mysql server at our host caused by some of the traffic from this site. SourceBall.com was forcibly closed down as we kept crashing their server basically
It has taken about 9hours of the day, but we have finally sorted it! (Obviously, otherwise you wouldnt be reading this). A big thumbs up to the guys at JPC for some excellent technical support :D
Theres something big and exciting headed your way in the next few weeks, yeah yeah I know I keep saying that but I mean it this time! Keep your eyes open for that. I just hope you guys like the colour blue :D
One last thing...now, admittedly development has been quite slow the last few months "booooo"
Yes I know, however! As of last monday, things have officially picked back up again and we're starting to churn out new alpha builds and are actively carrying out playtests on a weekly basis.
So fear not, progress is still being made and its going much faster than it has been for the last half year. Hopefully we can throw some new videos and pictures at you some time soon
Anyway, like I said, just a quick update to let everyone know that we havent abandoned you all and that this mod is still going :)
