Hey guys, i have been a little busy lately preparing for examinations with school and all and i havnt had time to log on to update you on the mod and where we are at. This post is a small little update letting you know what im working on exactly.
At the moment im looking ar perfecting the Colonial side and completing their coding before perfecting the code of the Cylon Faction. Currently i am working on editing Battlestars so that they have more hardpoints which will allow them to use a wide variety of different effects from the show.
I am also working on coding the civillian ships into the game, and i must say this stage is going well, all civillian ships seem to be appearing fine with textures looking quite good in game. I will hopefully bring you some screenshots on this stage soon.
Now this is where i need your help, the Cylons are a race of machine's as any BSG fan would know, but hear this, they only use Cylon Basestars, Cylon Light Raiders, Cylon Heavy Raiders, Resurrection Hub and Resurrection ship. If we compare this to the colonial units, they are outnumbered by massive numbers. So here's the plan, i am hoping to create some new looking basestar designs by using the current models i have, i am no expert modeller and im only kitbashing models together at the moment, but if you guys have any ideas for ship i would appreciate it.
I will be working on gettting you some information about the Cylon ships by the weekend and i hope to start work on sorting and finalising out the Galaxy Map, which i must say has all the BSG planets coded in but need re-plotting to suite the needs of the Galaxy.

We are open to suggestions for ships and weapons, we hope to have an update on GROUND units too.
